At some point in your investment journey with us, we may get in touch and ask you to provide some information to make sure that your account is secure. We want to ensure your experience with us is seamless, so here are some guidelines on how to ensure your selfie with your ID and note are accepted the first time around.
A good selfie with ID and note is a clear, well lit and high-resolution photo of yourself holding both your identity document and a handwritten note including today’s date.
If your face, the ID, or the note you’re holding is covered in the photo; or if the photo is blurred we won’t be able to accept the image.

At Revix, safety and trust are our most valuable assets and we do whatever it takes to protect our client’s funds and identities.
We utilise multiple security protocols with best in class protection by partnering with specialist custody providers. Additionally, we utilise two-factor authentication and keep client funds in cold storage (offline wallets) across multiple vaulted locations to mitigate security risk.
Revix stores your assets in a number of locations based on the asset or balance.Assets are stored at a combination of cold storage, hot wallets, exchange accounts as well as within on-chain protocols.
At Revix, we have strict internal security measures in place to safeguard your assets. However, it's important that you take additional precautions to prevent unauthorised access to your account, which could compromise your personal information and account balances.
Types of unauthorised access to watch out for include:- Account takeovers: Your email address and phone number are used for communication with Revix, so it's important to secure these accounts. If someone gains access to them, they could potentially access your Revix account.
Phishing: This is when criminals trick you into revealing personal information that can be used to answer security questions. Phishing can take many forms, such as fraudulent emails or websites that look like Revix's website, phone or SMS scams, and instant messaging scams. To avoid phishing attempts, always check the origin of any emails that appear to come from Revix and ensure that you're on the official Revix website (https://www.revix.com).
To help protect your account, consider implementing the following security measures:

2FA stands for "Two-Factor authentication", a security process that requires users to provide two different authentication factors or credentials to access an account or system. This adds an extra layer of security and makes it harder for attackers to gain unauthorised access to your accounts, even if they manage to obtain your password.
