Before we send you your Revix t-shirt, cap or hoodie, you’ll be asked to fill in an online form to confirm your preferred size and mailing address where you’d prefer us to send this.

When you unlock the benefit of a dedicated account manager, your account manager will send you an email to introduce themselves to you. You can then contact them directly at any time between 08:00 and 17:30 GMT+2 and they’ll be here to help you with anything you need, except financial advice.

Not at all. Your level is determined by your lifetime Points so even if you redeem all of your Points and your Points total is on 0, your level will remain the same. Until you earn more Points and move up a level, of course!

No, once you’ve achieved a certain level you cannot move down a level.

There are five levels: 1. Blue 2. Silver 3. Gold 4. Platinum and 5. VIP

When you log into your Revix account, you’ll be able to see what level you are on your dashboard in the “Rewards” section.

Yes you can. You can either withdraw your Bitcoin or sell your bitcoin to your preferred currency and withdraw to your bank account. Please note that fees will apply for investments and withdrawals.

Yes, you can! Once you’ve redeemed your Points for Bitcoin you can invest in another asset.

You need to earn at least 200 Points to redeem Bitcoin.

When you have earned at least 200 Points, you’ll be able to redeem those Points for Bitcoin by logging into your account, heading to the Rewards section of your dashboard and selecting “Redeem”.

You’ll earn Points for completing different actions with us - like making a deposit, or referring a friend.

You will be emailed these surveys after signing up for an account and can complete them at any time.

You can earn Points by leaving us a Google rating and review. All you need to do is to leave a rating and review of Revix here using the same email address as the one registered to your Revix account details so that we can identify you to award you your Points. Please note that you will need to leave both a rating and a review to earn Points. Leaving a rating alone will not qualify.

Your Points won’t expire so you can keep them or redeem them at any time.

Once you’ve earned 200 Points, you can redeem these points for Bitcoin by clicking the ‘Redeem’ button in the Rewards section of your dashboard.

1 Revix Rewards Point is worth: 10p for GBP customers, and R2.00 for ZAR customers.

You’ll earn Points for different actions like making an investment, referring a friend, completing surveys etc. View the “How do I earn Points?” question to view all the ways you can earn.

You can redeem these Points for bitcoin that you can use to invest or withdraw at any time.

As you earn more Points, you’ll progress to higher levels, and unlock even more benefits. View the “How many levels are there?” question to view all the ways you can earn.

When you create an account with us you’ll automatically be enrolled in our Revix Rewards program and you’ll start earning Points.
